# Email Authentication & Password Setup

For customers who prefer email-based access or desktop ordering, Cravme supports email verification codes and optional custom passwords.

## 1. Magic Link / Email OTP Sign-in

1. Tap **Sign in with Email** on the login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your inbox for an automated 6-digit verification code from Cravme.
4. Enter the code in the app to complete sign-in without remembering complex passwords.

## 2. Setting an Optional Password

If you frequently order from shared desktop browsers:

1. Navigate to **Profile > Account Settings > Security**.
2. Tap **Set Password**.
3. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with numbers and special symbols).
4. You can now sign in using your Email + Password or through SMS OTP anytime.

## 3. Password Reset & Recovery

- If you forget your password, tap **Forgot Password?** on the email login screen.
- Receive a secure password reset link in your email to re-establish your credentials safely.
