# Delivery Modes & Dropoff Instructions

Cravme supports flexible delivery channels to match your current schedule and location.

## 1. Doorstep Delivery

- Standard courier delivery to your residential apartment, office desk, or hotel lobby.
- The delivery rider navigates directly to your pinned GPS coordinate and provides the order handover.

## 2. Takeaway / Self-Pickup (Counter Pickup)

- **Skip the Delivery Fee**: If you are already near the restaurant, select **Takeaway / Pickup** at checkout.
- Your bill total updates immediately with zero delivery charges.
- You receive a notification when the kitchen marks the food ready. Simply show your **Order ID** at the restaurant pickup counter to collect your meal.

## 3. Contactless Delivery & Delivery Instructions

- **Contactless Leave at Door**: Check the **"Leave at door"** option. The driver places the sealed meal bag in front of your doorstep and captures a verification photo sent to your phone.
- **Rider Delivery Notes**:
  - *"Please do not ring the bell, baby is sleeping"*
  - *"Building 4, elevator code #5678"*
  - *"Leave with building security guard / reception desk"*
