# Delivery Partner Tipping

Delivery fleet partners braved bad weather, traffic, and late nights to deliver your meal safely. Cravme makes rewarding them simple and transparent.

## 1. Tipping at Checkout

- On the **Cart** screen above the bill summary, select a pre-configured tip amount:
  - `$0.50`, `$1.00`, `$2.00`, `$5.00`, or **Custom Amount**.
- The tip is added as a dedicated transparent line item in your payment authorization.

## 2. 100% Direct Pass-Through Guarantee

- **Zero Platform Deduction**: Cravme deducts 0% platform commission from tips. 100% of the tip amount goes directly into the assigned delivery driver's weekly earnings payout.
- Tips are not disclosed to the driver until after the food has been safely handed over, ensuring unbiased service for all diners.

## 3. Tipping After Delivery

- Forgot to tip at checkout? You can add or increase a tip on the **Rate Order** screen within 2 hours after your delivery is marked complete.
