3. Select desired meal packages:

4. Specify dietary breakdowns (e.g. *30 Veg, 40 Non-Veg, 10 Jain*).
5. Submit for restaurant quotes.

## 2. Reviewing Quotes & Coordination

- Receive itemized per-head and platter proposals from top rated catering kitchens in your area.
- Communicate with the head chef to refine recipes, arrange food tasting, or request servers and live counters.
- Confirm booking with an advance deposit through platform escrow.
