## 1. Trip Fare Structure

Your earnings for each delivery are composed of:

- **Base Pickup Fare**: Guaranteed baseline pay for accepting and arriving at the merchant.
- **Distance Pay**: Calculated per kilometer travelled from restaurant pickup to customer doorstep.
- **Wait Time Compensation**: Additional pay if restaurant food preparation exceeds standard pickup estimates.
- **Surge / Peak Multipliers**: Additional bonus rates during high-demand rainstorms, late-night hours, and holiday weekends.
- **100% Customer Tips**: Every cent of customer tips goes directly to you with 0% platform fee.

## 2. Milestone Incentives & Daily Quests

- **Daily Trip Targets**: Complete a target number of trips in a day (e.g., 10 trips) to unlock an extra daily cash bonus.
- **Weekend Quests**: Special multi-day incentives during Friday to Sunday peak hours.

## 3. Weekly Bank Direct Deposits

- **Payout Cycle**: Earnings from Monday to Sunday are finalized every Monday morning.
- **Direct Deposit**: Funds are automatically transferred directly into your registered bank account by Tuesday morning.
- **Trip History & Invoices**: View detailed breakdowns of every completed trip, bonus, and tip under **Earnings > Trip History** in the driver app.
