# Restaurant Navigation & Order Pickup

Prompt and accurate pickup ensures food arrives hot, fresh, and on time.

## 1. Navigating to the Restaurant

- Tap **Navigate** on the active trip screen to launch your preferred GPS navigation app (Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze).
- When you arrive at the restaurant parking or counter, tap **Arrived at Restaurant**.

## 2. Order Verification & Checklist

1. Provide the restaurant counter staff with the **Order ID** (e.g. `#CRV-8492`).
2. Verify all items listed in the driver app (e.g., *2 Main Dishes, 1 Bread Basket, 2 Cans of Soda*).
3. Ensure beverages or cold items are packed separately from hot curries or freshly baked items.
4. Check that tamper-evident safety seals and tape are securely placed across all bags.

## 3. Package Handling & Thermal Bag Stowing

- Place the food upright inside your insulated **Cravme Thermal Delivery Bag**.
- Secure the bag zippers to maintain food temperature during transit.
- Tap **Order Picked Up** to transition to customer navigation.
