# Shift Management & Duty Status

The Cravme Driver app allows complete control over when and where you want to work.

## 1. Going Online / Offline

- **Go Online**: Slide the green **Go Online** toggle at the top of the app home screen. Once online, the app continuously broadcasts nearby restaurant dispatch requests based on your live GPS position.
- **Go Offline**: When you wish to end your shift or take a break, ensure you have completed any active delivery, then slide to **Go Offline**.
- **Pause Requests**: If you need a short 15-minute break, tap **Pause Requests** so incoming requests are temporarily routed to other riders without affecting your acceptance rate.

## 2. Maintaining Quality Metrics

Maintaining strong performance metrics unlocks high-priority orders and peak surge bonuses:

- **Acceptance Rate**: The percentage of dispatched orders you accept within the 45-second timer.
- **Completion Rate**: The percentage of accepted orders that you successfully deliver.
- **Customer & Merchant Ratings**: Maintain an average rating of 4.5+ stars by handling food carefully and ensuring on-time dropoffs.
