# Offers, Coupons & Marketing Promotions

Promotions on Cravme help attract new customers, increase average order value (AOV), and reward loyal regulars.

## 1. Creating Custom Discount Coupons

1. Navigate to **Promotions > Coupons** on the partner portal.
2. Click **Create Coupon** and choose a promo type:
   - **Percentage Discount**: e.g., *20% OFF up to $5.00*.
   - **Flat Dollar Amount**: e.g., *Flat $3.00 OFF*.
   - **Free Delivery**: Waive the delivery fee for orders above a specific threshold.
3. **Rules & Conditions**:
   - **Minimum Order Value (MOV)**: Require a minimum cart total (e.g. minimum $20.00 cart).
   - **Usage Limits**: Limit coupon redemptions per customer (e.g. *Once per user*, *Unlimited for first week*).
   - **Validity Dates**: Set start and expiry dates for holiday sales or weekend promotions.

## 2. Platform Featured Campaigns

- Participate in Cravme seasonal food festivals (e.g. *Biryani Festival*, *Weekend Feasts*, *Monsoon Delights*).
- Participating restaurants receive prime placement on the customer home screen carousel and category headers.
