# Restaurant Onboarding & Registration

Joining Cravme as a restaurant partner allows you to reach thousands of local diners with a branded digital storefront and zero commission surprises.

## 1. Registering an Owner Account

1. Visit [biz.cravme.com](https://biz.cravme.com) or download the **Cravme Partner App**.
2. Sign in with your phone number via SMS OTP or Google account.
3. Click **Add New Restaurant** to start the onboarding wizard.

## 2. Business Verification & KYC Details

To comply with regional food safety regulations and ensure seamless payouts, have the following documents ready:

- **Business Details**: Legal entity name, trade name, and full physical address.
- **FSSAI / Food License**: Valid food safety certification number and document upload.
- **GSTIN / Tax ID**: Registered tax identification number (if applicable).
- **PAN / Identity Proof**: Government photo ID of the authorized owner/signatory.
- **Bank Account Information**: Account number, IFSC code, and cancelled cheque for weekly automated direct deposits.

## 3. Brand & Store Profile Setup

- **Logo & Cover Photo**: Upload high-resolution brand assets (recommended 1200x600 px for cover image).
- **Cuisine Tags**: Select up to 4 primary cuisines (e.g. *North Indian, Biryani, Mughlai, Desserts*).
- **Operating Hours**: Specify weekly opening and closing schedules, including separate lunch and dinner shift timings.
- **Delivery Model**: Choose between **Cravme Fleet Delivery** (our dedicated driver network) or **Self-Delivery** (your in-house delivery staff).
