# Order Processing on Web Dashboard

The Cravme Partner Web Dashboard provides a wide, desktop-optimized board to manage high-volume orders. It connects directly with local hardware like kitchen display screens and receipt printers.

## 1. Live Order Board Columns

The Live Orders tab divides orders into four distinct status boards:
- **Pending**: New orders awaiting review and kitchen confirmation.
- **Preparing**: Orders currently cooking with count-down preparation timers.
- **Ready / Dispatched**: Orders prepared and handed over to riders or awaiting customer counter pickup.
- **Completed**: History of orders delivered today.

## 2. KOT & Thermal Receipt Printing

Automate kitchen order ticket (KOT) workflows:
- **Auto-Print**: Enable the auto-print toggle in the dashboard settings to print order slips immediately upon acceptance.
- **Hardware Compatibility**: Works with standard 58mm and 80mm thermal receipt printers via local browser print managers.
- **KOT Slip Details**: Slips print customer names, order numbers, dish items, preparation notes, and addon modifier choices.

## 3. Web Sound Alerts

Never miss a incoming order:
- The dashboard plays a repeating sound alert for any new pending orders.
- Adjust alert volume or enable continuous ringing until accepted in Settings.
