# Table Management & QR Code Dine-in

Cravme empowers your floor staff with digital table management, self-ordering QR codes, and reservation tracking.

## 1. Setting Up Floor Tables

1. Go to **Dine-in > Table Setup** in the partner dashboard.
2. Add tables with specific numbers or names (e.g. *Table 1*, *Table 2*, *Patio A*, *VIP Booth*).
3. Assign seat capacities (e.g. 2-seater, 4-seater, 8-seater family table).

## 2. Generating & Printing Table QR Codes

- Download high-resolution print-ready PDF table stands or stickers with unique QR codes for each table.
- When guests scan the table QR code on their smartphones:
  - Your digital menu opens with table number pre-assigned.
  - Diners can place appetizer, main course, and refill orders without waiting for waitstaff.
  - Orders flow directly into your kitchen KDS / printer.

## 3. Managing Table Reservations

- When customers request advance reservations through Cravme:
  - View guest count, requested date & time slot, and special seating requests.
  - Tap **Accept** to reserve the table or **Suggest Alternate Slot** if fully booked.
  - Floor managers can view the daily reservation calendar to plan host seating smoothly.
