Email Authentication & Password Setup

Sign in using email magic link OTPs, configure optional passwords, reset forgotten credentials, and update your primary email.

For customers who prefer email-based access or desktop ordering, Cravme supports email verification codes and optional custom passwords.

  1. Tap Sign in with Email on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your inbox for an automated 6-digit verification code from Cravme.
  4. Enter the code in the app to complete sign-in without remembering complex passwords.

2. Setting an Optional Password

If you frequently order from shared desktop browsers:

  1. Navigate to Profile > Account Settings > Security.
  2. Tap Set Password.
  3. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with numbers and special symbols).
  4. You can now sign in using your Email + Password or through SMS OTP anytime.

3. Password Reset & Recovery

  • If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password? on the email login screen.
  • Receive a secure password reset link in your email to re-establish your credentials safely.
