1. Scanning the Table QR Code
- When seated at your table, scan the QR code sticker on the table using the Cravme in-app scanner or your phone camera.
- The restaurant's live dine-in menu opens, with your table number automatically tagged.
2. Placing Orders & Re-ordering Rounds
- Add appetizers, main dishes, mocktails, and desserts directly from your smartphone.
- Tap Send Order to Kitchen. Orders are instantly sent to the kitchen display system (KDS) without needing to signal a busy waiter.
- Need extra drinks or another round of bread? Simply add items and tap send again—all rounds are grouped onto your table ticket.
3. Digital Bill Settlement
- When your meal is finished, tap Pay Bill on your phone.
- Pay instantly via UPI, Credit Card, or request cash collection by your waiter.
