1. Creating a Table Reservation
- Open the restaurant's profile in the app and tap Book a Table.
- Select Date & Time: Choose your preferred day and available meal slots (e.g. Lunch: 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM; Dinner: 7:30 PM, 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM).
- Party Size: Select the number of guests (from 1 Person up to 20+ Guests).
- Special Requests: Add notes like "Anniversary celebration", "Quiet corner booth", or "High chair for child".
- Tap Confirm Reservation.
2. Reservation Status & Management
- Receive instant booking confirmation notifications with your unique Booking Reference ID.
- View, modify, or cancel reservations anytime under Bookings tab with zero cancellation penalties up to 30 minutes before your slot.
