- Adjust Quantities: Tap
+or-next to any item to increase portions or remove items from your cart. - Customization Summary: Tap on any customized item in the cart to review the selected addons, sizes, and special kitchen instructions.
- Clear Cart on Restaurant Change: If you add items from a different restaurant, Cravme prompts you to confirm replacing your current cart.
2. Itemized Bill Summary
Every bill is broken down into clear, transparent line items:
- Item Total / Subtotal: The sum of all dishes, variants, and addons.
- Restaurant Packaging Charge: Covers tamper-evident insulated packaging and eco-friendly containers.
- Delivery Fee: Calculated based on road distance from restaurant to your selected address (or $0 on Free Delivery promotions).
- Taxes (GST / VAT): Government-mandated food service taxes itemized clearly.
- Platform Fee: Nominal fee supporting cloud real-time tracking infrastructure and 24/7 customer care.
- Discounts Applied: Subtracted directly from the bill total in green text.
