Cravme makes applying coupons effortless with an intelligent promotion matcher.
1. Opening the Coupon Picker
- On the Cart screen, tap Apply Coupon (highlighted with an orange ticket icon).
- The coupon picker sheets list all eligible and upcoming promotions available for your account.
2. Coupon Types
- Percentage Off: e.g., 20% OFF up to $5.00 on your overall item subtotal.
- Flat Dollar Discounts: e.g., Flat $3.00 OFF on orders above $25.00.
- Free Delivery Vouchers: Removes 100% of the courier delivery fee.
- Bank & UPI Offers: Exclusive discounts when paying via specific credit cards (e.g. HDFC / ICICI / Chase / Amex) or UPI apps.
3. Minimum Order Values & Restrictions
- If your cart subtotal is below the coupon threshold (e.g. "Add $4.50 more to unlock this code"), a progress bar indicates the remaining amount needed to qualify.
- Enter custom influencer or promotional codes in the "Enter Coupon Code" text field and tap Apply.
