1. Doorstep Delivery
- Standard courier delivery to your residential apartment, office desk, or hotel lobby.
- The delivery rider navigates directly to your pinned GPS coordinate and provides the order handover.
2. Takeaway / Self-Pickup (Counter Pickup)
- Skip the Delivery Fee: If you are already near the restaurant, select Takeaway / Pickup at checkout.
- Your bill total updates immediately with zero delivery charges.
- You receive a notification when the kitchen marks the food ready. Simply show your Order ID at the restaurant pickup counter to collect your meal.
3. Contactless Delivery & Delivery Instructions
- Contactless Leave at Door: Check the "Leave at door" option. The driver places the sealed meal bag in front of your doorstep and captures a verification photo sent to your phone.
