2. Driver Profile & Vehicle Details
- Driver Name & Photo: Verified identity of the delivery fleet courier assigned to your ticket.
- Vehicle Type & Registration: Details on whether the driver is on a motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle, along with their vehicle plate number.
- Driver Rating & Badges: Average rating (e.g.
4.9 ★) and badges like "Top Courier" or "1,000+ Deliveries". - Delivery Confirmation PIN / OTP: A 4-digit code displayed prominently on your tracking card, required by the driver to complete the dropoff.
