The Cravme Partner Mobile App is optimized for quick, on-the-floor changes when managing the restaurant during active operating hours.
1. Quick Store Pause (Busy Mode)
If your kitchen becomes overloaded with orders:
- Tap the Store Status header toggle on the home screen.
- Select Pause Orders.
- Choose a pause duration:
- 30 minutes or 1 hour (auto-restores online status when timer ends).
- Until Tomorrow (turns back online at the start of the next business day).
- Indefinitely (requires manual toggle to go back online).
2. Emergency & Holiday Closures
Pre-schedule off days:
- Tap Settings > Calendar.
- Select target dates for planned maintenance or festival closures.
- Advance orders for those dates will be disabled in the customer app automatically.
3. Alarm & Sound Profile Customization
Change order notification profiles:
- Access Settings > Notification Sounds in the Partner App.
- Pick distinct sound themes (classic ring, buzzer, high-priority bell).
- Toggle persistent alerts to ensure alerts repeat until someone acknowledges the order.
