When an order is ready for delivery near your location, the driver app sounds an alert and displays a comprehensive trip card.

1. Evaluating the Dispatch Card

Every incoming request shows:

  • Guaranteed Trip Payout: The total fare you will earn for completing the delivery (including base fare, distance pay, and active surge bonuses).
  • Restaurant Name & Address: Pickup merchant location and current distance from you.
  • Customer Neighborhood: General delivery location and total estimated trip mileage.
  • Estimated Time: Estimated total duration to complete pickup and dropoff.

2. Accepting the Request

  1. You have 45 seconds to review the trip details.
  2. Tap the large green Accept Delivery button.
  3. The app immediately opens turn-by-turn navigation guiding you to the restaurant.

3. Stacked & Multi-Order Batches

During peak lunch and dinner hours, the system may offer a Stacked Delivery (picking up two orders from the same restaurant or adjacent restaurants along the same delivery route):

  • Both order payouts are aggregated with additional multi-stop compensation.
  • The app sequences your pickups and dropoffs for optimal efficiency.
