The Cravme Driver app allows complete control over when and where you want to work.
1. Going Online / Offline
- Go Online: Slide the green Go Online toggle at the top of the app home screen. Once online, the app continuously broadcasts nearby restaurant dispatch requests based on your live GPS position.
- Go Offline: When you wish to end your shift or take a break, ensure you have completed any active delivery, then slide to Go Offline.
- Pause Requests: If you need a short 15-minute break, tap Pause Requests so incoming requests are temporarily routed to other riders without affecting your acceptance rate.
2. Maintaining Quality Metrics
Maintaining strong performance metrics unlocks high-priority orders and peak surge bonuses:
- Acceptance Rate: The percentage of dispatched orders you accept within the 45-second timer.
- Completion Rate: The percentage of accepted orders that you successfully deliver.
- Customer & Merchant Ratings: Maintain an average rating of 4.5+ stars by handling food carefully and ensuring on-time dropoffs.
